Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Champlain, NY. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and live chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on issues or inquires
  • Completing special projects as directed by management
  • Representing arenaflex in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
  • Comfortable using web browsers such as Firefox and Chrome
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday
  • Ability to speak French is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contact center software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
