Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for processing prescriptions, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information

  • Process prescriptions, including counting and filling medications, and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including our pharmacy services and health and wellness offerings
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Prior work experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback
  • Strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior work experience with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy or retail environment

  • Good math skills, with the ability to accurately count and fill prescriptions
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy services and health and wellness offerings
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
