Job Description
As an experienced Full Stack Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for hosting online casino games from our Philadelphia broadcasting studio. You will interact with players who are live streaming the games from their computers, tablets, and smartphones, providing an immersive and engaging experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Hosting online casino games, such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, with state-of-the-art broadcasting equipment
- Interacting with players in a live digital environment, responding to their queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Following a screen prompter to ensure a smooth and seamless gaming experience
- Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the success of our online casino operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer service background, preferably in a call center or receptionist role
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- 21 years of age or older to obtain the required Gaming Licenses
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment
