The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will work remotely from your home office, using our state-of-the-art technology and training program to ensure your success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assisting customers with remedies to retain business
  • Using gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement
  • Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

* High School/GED

  • 1-2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
  • A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
  • Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role
  • Excellent customer service soft skills, such as empathy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
