Job Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills - Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor - Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset - Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Strong organizational and time management skills

Technology and Equipment Requirements

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) - Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) - Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication - High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity - Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed - Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

- Quiet, uninterrupted space - Organized desk area - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Compensation and Benefits

- Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour - Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers - Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
