Job Title: Business Analyst – IBM Maximo & Coupa Location: Remote Length: 12 Months+ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in IBM Maximo and Coupa platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, procurement, finance, and operations departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support implementation/enhancement projects related to asset management, procurement, sourcing, and spend management systems. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills along with hands-on experience in enterprise applications, integrations, workflow analysis, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IBM Maximo and Coupa implementations/enhancements. Work with stakeholders to understand procurement, asset management, inventory, maintenance, and financial processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization. Coordinate with technical teams, developers, QA, and vendors for solution delivery. Support integration activities between Maximo, Coupa, ERP systems, and third-party applications. Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Create BRD, FRD, process documents, SOPs, and training materials. Assist in data migration, reporting, dashboards, and system configuration validation. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance. Required Skills: 10+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management. Experience with Coupa Procurement / Spend Management platform. Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, supplier management, and asset lifecycle management. Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis. Understanding of integrations using APIs, middleware, or ERP platforms. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong documentation and communication skills. Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is a plus. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) and procurement systems.
