Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define, document, and deliver high‑quality digital products
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear business requirements, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and user experience requirements
  • Perform cost, benefit, and risk analysis across the product lifecycle and recommend solution alternatives
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and IT teams to support solution design, development, integration, and validation
  • Utilize systems engineering and Agile methodologies consistently throughout the product and project lifecycle
  • Establish clear product scope boundaries and manage scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
  • Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to proactively identify issues and propose solutions
  • Interpret vendor‑provided solution architectures and translate them into integration requirements and technical scope
  • Support deployment coordination and change management activities for assigned products
  • Serve in a Product Owner capacity, prioritizing backlogs, mitigating roadblocks, and driving sprint and release goals

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role
  • Hands‑on experience developing mobile applications and/or web‑based products
  • Experience working with Scrum teams in an Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of product development architecture and technical workflows
  • Proficiency with analytics and data analysis tools
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing stakeholder needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively remove impediments and keep delivery on track

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working in healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with EPIC systems and EPIC API integrations
  • Experience supporting enterprise‑scale digital products

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Healthcare and 3+ years of relevant technical experience

OR

  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree
  • Scrum Product Owner Certification (required within 1 year of starting)
