[Hiring] Data Processing Associate @Labcorp
Role Description Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Data Processing Associate to join its Invitae Genetics team! Work Schedule:
- Tuesday-Saturday
- 8am-5pm pacific time zone
- During training, for the first few months, the schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm pacific time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
- Patient creation
- Order creation
- Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
- Meet established SLAs and OKRs
- Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
- Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems
- Quality control of previously entered information into Invitae systems
- Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
- Communication with our Accessioning and Client Services teams as needed
- Meet established SLAs and OKRs
- Additional Responsibilities as directed by your team lead:
- Report maintenance
- Compliance activities
- Team meetings and training
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years’ experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field
Requirements
- 1 or more years’ experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory
- 1 or more years’ experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Current or prior Invitae experience
- 1 or more years’ experience working in a metric/volume driven role
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve
- Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related field
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced in managing multiple applications, using two monitors, with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
- Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free work from home space
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency with remote collaboration
