As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in collecting and processing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Collect and process data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Ensure data accuracy and quality, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain organized records and reports
- Participate in online studies, product testing, and research trials, providing valuable feedback and insights
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications) is an asset
- Current USA resident with a stable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are an asset
- Experience with data entry software and tools, such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkey

Pay and Benefits:
