Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our web and cloud application support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of web and cloud applications
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate of $25-$29 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential

  • $2 shift differential
