As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely service
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
Schedule
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatchers work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
