Job Summary

As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by converting warm leads into sales. You will work closely with homeowners who are eager to improve their homes through our top-tier services, highlighting the benefits of our solutions and securing appointments. Key Responsibilities

* Convert warm leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of arenaflex's services

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize sales instincts and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases (ServiceTitan)
  • Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales experience in the home services industry

  • Familiarity with CRM databases and sales software
  • Experience working in a call center or sales environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
