Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients. You'll process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology, communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role
