The Opportunity
As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist - Work from Home, you will be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex. You will work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts by problem-solving, driving sales, and promoting products effectively. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues and promoting products
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Utilize multiple systems and screens to assist customers, including our proprietary computer system
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT when necessary
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Proficiency in using multiple systems and screens to assist customers
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
