Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues related to health insurance enrollment. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. - Participate in online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines to meet customer needs. - Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. - High level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace. - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of health insurance and the Affordable Care Act. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong ability to analyze and resolve customer issues. - Spanish Bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.

Requirements

- 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent. - Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire. - Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period. - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period, with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection. - NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders.
