SwiftAid Drone Swarms is an project of Vibgyor Global Initiatives Connecticut, we are seeking a mission driven and highly entrepreneurial Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement, sponsorship development, and grant coordination for our rapidly growing emergency response technology initiatives. SwiftAid develops advanced drone swarm, AI powered disaster response, search and rescue, and public safety technologies designed to support emergency responders, humanitarian agencies, and governments during natural disasters, wildfires, flooding, missing person incidents, and other crisis situations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup style environments, understands both technology and humanitarian impact, and can build meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, government stakeholders, foundations, and strategic partners. Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Donor Development

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to support SwiftAid programs and technology deployments
  • Build relationships with individual donors, philanthropic foundations, corporate sponsors, and impact investors
  • Create donor outreach strategies for high net worth individuals and institutional supporters
  • Identify and pursue grant opportunities related to disaster response, emergency management, AI, drones, humanitarian aid, and public safety innovation

Campaign Management

  • Lead crowdfunding and digital fundraising initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Substack, and other social channels
  • Coordinate fundraising events, online campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives
  • Develop fundraising narratives, presentations, and donor materials highlighting SwiftAid’s mission and impact

Strategic Partnerships

  • Support collaboration efforts with emergency management agencies, search and rescue organizations, wildfire response teams, and humanitarian groups
  • Help establish partnerships with technology companies, drone manufacturers, and philanthropic organizations
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors and strategic partners through regular communication and reporting

Communications & Reporting

  • Prepare fundraising reports, sponsorship proposals, grant applications, and impact summaries
  • Work closely with leadership to communicate project milestones, operational successes, and future initiatives
  • Track fundraising performance metrics and donor engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, sponsorships, grant writing, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to independently manage outreach campaigns and donor pipelines
  • Familiarity with public safety, emergency management, humanitarian operations, drones, AI, or defense technology is a plus
  • Experience with crowdfunding campaigns and social media fundraising strategies preferred
  • Startup mindset with the ability to work in fast moving and mission critical environments

Compensation

  • Flexible structure depending on experience and engagement level
