Senior UX/UI Designer
Our client, a learning science company, is looking for a dedicated Senior UX / UI Designer to join their remote team. This role focuses on creating engaging and accessible digital experiences for educational content across web and mobile platforms, supporting innovative product development. This is 100% remote. There is no application deadline for this role. *Sr. UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:* * Develop user-centered design solutions by translating research insights into engaging web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to define user flows and interaction strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and research teams to ensure cohesive design implementation.
- Lead design presentations and articulate rationales to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving the company's design system with accessible and high-quality patterns.
*Sr. UX/UI Designer Qualifications:* * Portfolio demonstrating design work for web and mobile platforms, showcasing process and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field; MFA or advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product or user experience design within product development or marketing industries.
- Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, Axure, or Penpot, with strong skills in wireframing and prototyping.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and working in Agile environments.
