About the Opportunity Our remote travel operations team is expanding, and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Support & Booking Consultants. In this role, you'll assist clients as they plan and organize their trips by helping manage reservations, coordinating travel components, and ensuring all details are handled accurately from start to finish. This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and supporting smooth, well-structured experiences in a remote environment. No previous travel industry background is required—full training, onboarding, and ongoing guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients in planning travel based on their preferences, timing, and budget Help arrange and coordinate travel services including lodging, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities Review travel availability and compare options using approved supplier and booking platforms Provide updates on reservation status, confirmations, and itinerary details Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging tools Assist with schedule changes, itinerary adjustments, and follow-up requests Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing team development
