Clinical Supervisor (Remote-California)

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting associate therapists, fostering clinical growth, and contributing to high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities ● Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists ● Support case consultation and clinical decision-making ● Attend and participate in treatment team meetings ● Ensure ethical, professional, and quality clinical standards are maintained ● Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to developing clinicians ● Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members as needed Qualifications ● Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW ● Must be eligible to supervise associate therapists in California ● Strong clinical judgment and communication skills ● Experience working in mental health treatment settings preferred ● Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and engaged with the team Position Details ● Remote position- California ● Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week ● Flexible scheduling ● Hourly compensation: $65–$70/hour depending on experience We are looking for someone who values teamwork, mentorship, and delivering exceptional clinical care while helping associate therapists continue to grow professionally.
