About the Role: The Regional Client Support Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing team of regional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) within the Zephyr Call Center network. This role is focused on driving performance, elevating customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across inbound and outbound campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to refine strategy, strengthen call quality, and maintain a best-in-class customer experience for our brands - including Blue Valley Heating & Cooling and PSI, Inc. This role is remote and ideally located in the Mountain Time Zone. What You’ll Do Here Lead and coach a regional team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring performance goals and call quality standards are consistently met. Manage dispatch and call workflows to balance workloads, improve response times, and drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Marketing and Call Center leadership to refine scripts, campaigns, and overall customer experience. Audit calls, deliver feedback, and implement process improvements that enhance consistency and efficiency. Oversee Hatch campaigns, call reclassification, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance across regions We’d Love To Hear From You if You Have: 2+ years of leadership experience in a call center or home services environment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred). A strong track record of achieving KPIs and developing high-performing teams. Experience with ServiceTitan, Hatch, Five9 or similar CRM/call management systems. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer experience. A proactive, organized mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team setting.
