Your contribution will be vital in streamlining internal processes, maintaining seamless client relationships, and ensuring our daily operations run like clockwork. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive operational support, including calendar management, email handling, and appointment scheduling with meticulous follow-up. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, ensuring all interactions are professional, clear, and timely. Workflow Coordination: Maintain the organization of digital files, records, and daily task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Process Support: Assist in internal workflows with a sharp eye for detail, upholding our standards of professionalism in every task. Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and streamline communications to enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required. Language Mastery: C2 / Near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless communication with US stakeholders. Regional Expertise: Previous experience working directly with US-based clients is essential. Industry Knowledge: While we are open to all VA backgrounds, additional experience in Medical, Legal, or Real Estate industries is highly valued. Technical Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools. Reliability: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional work ethic, and a dedicated workspace. Availability: Immediate availability to work regular US office hours.
