Epic Health Partners, LLC is growing and looking for passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team as PRN Assessors. This flexible contractor role offers the opportunity to provide mental health assessments in 3-hour blocks. Job Description: Provide mental health assessments including after hours. Complete all documentation according to departmental standards and guidelines. Submit a weekly Assessment Invoice — payments are processed once assessments are submitted and charts are fully compliant. Administer screenings, evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, and utilize appropriate psychological tools to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Provide crisis intervention as needed, including administering suicide risk screenings and making necessary referrals. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, including: Initial Screenings, Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA), Service Requests for Authorization (SRA), Crisis and Emergency Prevention Plan (CEPP) for applicable programs. Maintain compliance with all CEU requirements and ensure timely submission of license renewals to the appropriate licensing board. Required Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work or from a counseling program as defined in §54.1-3500 of the Code of Virginia. Current license to practice in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist. Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist, in the State of Virginia Preferred: A minimum of three years of clinical experience in working with the population served and in providing the following services: conducting assessments; reviewing assessments; developing and implementing treatment plan objectives; providing individual and family therapy; and providing crisis/behavioral interventions Background Investigation: Staff must successfully complete a criminal background records check conducted by the DBHDS criminal background investigation unit. Staff must also have a central registry check completed and must not have any history of positive findings. 1099 Contractor Opportunity – Assessment Reimbursement Rates: Compensation is provided per completed assessment. $100-$150 per Crisis Assessment during business hours Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM $100-$250 per Crisis Assessment after hours and weekends Monday–Thursday: 5:01 PM–8:29 AM Friday 3:01 PM–Monday 8:29 AM $100-$150 per assessment for SUD-PHP or MH-PHP (with SAR and pre-ISP) $100 per assessment for MHSB, IIH, OPT, or CSA (with SAR, if applicable) Apply To This Job
