This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are: Ready to run Hungry and driven by urgency Exceptional at what they do, with low ego Comfortable operating in motion The Role As an Influencer Manager at OnePay, you will lead the strategy and execution of creator and influencer partnerships across the marketing team, driving brand awareness and engagement through high-impact creator collaborations. You will: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign timelines from briefing through delivery Partner with creators to develop authentic, platform-native content that resonates with target audiences Track campaign performance and optimize partnerships based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights You Bring 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media within a consumer or tech-driven environment Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platform trends, and what drives performance in short-form content Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships end-to-end Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
