We launched in 2025 and are growing by 15%/month with a lean team of 15. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog) Now we're hiring to build even faster. What we’re looking for 1-3 years in remote leasing or property management operations, and now want to work on the tech side Based in Latin America Enjoys learning software and being a product expert Loves talking to customers daily What you can expect / What you will do Become a product expert on RentEngine, knowing the full scope of features, workflows, and best practices Answer technical questions from customers via live chat Jump on video calls to help customers with technical product questions and best practices Help build the knowledge base (learn.rentengine.io) Shape the product direction, based on your experience and feedback from customers you work with Location / Timezone Fully remote - in Latin America All of our work happens in American timezones Compensation $30-$36k annually (based on experience) Equity opportunity Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important) TO APPLY Submit your application here AND submit a cover letter.
