Role Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our expanding virtual team as Customer Care Travel Planners. In this remote position, you'll help support clients as they prepare for upcoming trips by coordinating travel details, providing planning assistance, and ensuring every stage of the process stays organized and on schedule. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people, managing multiple tasks, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are included.
