Job Summary

As an Account Supervisor within our RBS team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve the overall experience for Amazon sellers. You'll work closely with our internal teams, as well as Amazon's companies and vendors, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive results. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Enterprise Growth

+ Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve the overall experience for Amazon sellers + Collaborate with our internal teams and Amazon's companies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive results + Analyze key metrics and performance drivers to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions + Develop and execute plans to increase sales and revenue for our clients

Relationship Management

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration + Conduct vendor delight surveys to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer concerns + Work with account managers to set expectations and develop improvement plans to drive results

Process Excellence

+ Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and improve the seller experience + Identify and optimize processes to simplify and streamline operations, reducing unnecessary complexity and inefficiencies + Develop and implement solutions to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our processes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

  • 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles, with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

* Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and identify insights

  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
