The Opportunity

As an HSN Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support. Our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless shopping experience, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Utilize arenaflex's computer system to access customer information, process orders, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual Spanish speaking skills

  • Experience working in a virtual environment or remote work setup
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting rate: $15.00/hour

  • Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual representatives
  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)
  • New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

Training and Development:

* Six-week paid training program, requiring full attendance and involvement throughout

System Requirements:

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services not permitted)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks not supported
