Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Data Entry/Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • No prior experience required; willingness to train and learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
