We are actively hiring a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide online speech therapy services to a K-12 public school district in California for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a 100% remote teletherapy position—work from home while supporting California students and schools. Job Overview: Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: California (Remote / Work From Home) Setting: Public School District (K-12) Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) School Year: 2026-2027 Employment Type: 1099 Contract / Teletherapy Caseload: K-12 Students Job Responsibilities: Provide virtual speech therapy services to California students Conduct speech evaluations, assessments, and IEP meetings (California IEP compliance) Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain compliant documentation aligned with California Department of Education (CDE) standards Requirements - California SLP License: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License (required) (CA SLP License, California SLP-CCC, California Speech Therapist License) Ability to pass background check and school district onboarding requirements Previous school-based SLP or teletherapy experience preferred Strong technology, virtual therapy, and communication skills Why Join ProCare Therapy?
