Program Managers, technologists and subject matter experts work with leadership and stakeholders to create experiences that drive efficiencies and scale for service delivery. Partner with the best You will manage Enterprise-wide programs by working with leadership to understand goals and prioritize according to objectives, impact & outcomes. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for: Program coordination and execution - Manage day-to-day activities across one or more initiatives, track milestones, maintain action items, and ensure commitments are documented and followed through. Cross-functional partnership - Work with stakeholders across teams to align on scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and decisions. Communication and reporting - Prepare clear status updates, meeting notes, and concise program communications for team members and leaders. Risk and issue management - Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and help drive resolution to keep work moving forward. Coachability and continuous improvement - Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, apply lessons learned from prior projects, and show growth in independently managing more complex work over time. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management in a cross functional team and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment Be able to influence and motivate others with perseverance to handle stimulating business situations Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgment, solid decision making and contingency planning Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
