Key Objectives Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business goals. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis. Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions. Measure training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership and departments to support talent development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, organize, and deliver training sessions that address both technical and soft skills development. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities. Create instructional materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to diverse audiences. Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to track participation and progress. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development. Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Partner with subject matter experts to develop specialized training content. Facilitate coaching and mentoring sessions as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role. Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning software. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training impact. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. Certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
