Business Operations Intern – AI & Automation

Role Overview The Business Operations Intern – AI & Automation will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise and inter-departmental processes through the use of modern AI tools, intelligent agents, and automation technologies. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in how AI-driven solutions improve business efficiency and decision-making at scale. Key Responsibilities – AI & Automation Initiatives - Identify operational pain points and manual processes suitable for automation - Support configuration, testing, and documentation of AI tools and workflows - Evaluate automation effectiveness and recommend optimizations Enterprise Process Improvement - Map current and future-state processes across departments - Recommend improvements to reduce inefficiency and errors - Support process standardization and scalability Documentation & Change Support - Create documentation for AI tools and workflows - Assist with training materials and adoption support Required Qualifications - Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, IT, CS, or related field - Strong analytical and communication skills - Interest in AI, automation, and enterprise systems Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to low-code, automation, or AI platforms - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar tools - Process improvement or data analytics experience What You’ll Gain - Hands-on enterprise AI implementation experience - Cross-functional collaboration exposure - Mentorship from operations and technology leaders PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the person is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, reach with arms and hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear.
