Job Title: Senior Specialist, Business Solution Architect Job Code: 35383 Job Location: Melbourne, FL; or Remote Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Architect (BSA) to lead large-scale technology implementations using Palantir Foundry. This role bridges IT and business stakeholders, making it ideal for someone with both IT and business experience across various functions (program execution, finance, engineering, operations, etc.). You will collaborate with technical teams, operations, and program owners to align strategy, execution, and technology, ensuring successful delivery of data-driven solutions. As a BSA, you will drive our team's operations, crafting and implementing processes to streamline operations and reduce friction. You are a creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of partnering with stakeholders to track and stabilize projects, anticipate needs, and remove roadblocks. You thrive on solving problems and embrace the best ideas, regardless of their origin. Essential Functions: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions meet business goals and objectives, which includes the ability to receive, prioritize, and remediate feedback from business stakeholders. Develop scalable and secure high-level solution designs that integrate various systems, applications, and technologies. Evaluate and recommend technologies that best fit business needs and ensure integration with existing systems. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and stay updated with industry trends. Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes for future reference. Provide training and support to users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new solutions. Strong understanding of business processes and strategies, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. 10-20% travel required, will be expected to support onsite ramp up of Unified Data Layer / Palantir or other key enterprise solution integration. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field can be advantageous Public accounting or consulting experience Experience in Palantir Foundry platform Experience with various ERPs and other enterprise software (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, CostPoint, Hyperion, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.) Strong understanding of systems integration, data management, application development, and architecture frameworks Experience in project management with use of iterative software development processes (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban) Ability to handle complex problems and take initiative to research issues, engage in self-learning, problem solve, and implement solutions Excellent communication skills, commitment to quality, customer focus, adaptability, and interpersonal skills Ability to translate data-related requirements into innovative user solutions, drawing on prior education and experience, standard procedures, and basic analysis Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with minimal oversight Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes in an agile environment In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $96,000-$178,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $84,000-$156,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
