As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of fashion and retail.

Role Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Nuuly team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner

  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives

Expected Hours and Work Environment

* Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST

  • Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business
  • This role is hired on an "at need" basis and will be hired initially as a temp role
  • If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months
  • This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our Remote office

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role

  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and product
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a subscription-based service or retail environment

  • Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
