A Day in the Life
As a Member Service Representative, you'll be working in our communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO. Your day will be filled with:
- Learning about our members: Hearing their stories, understanding their situations, and providing personalized support and guidance.
- Educating our members: Teaching them about the ways we can help them achieve their financial goals and build strong futures.
- Providing product solutions: Recommending and processing financial products, such as loans, IRAs, CDs, and wire transfers, with courtesy and professionalism.
- Growing with us: Staying up-to-date on financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances.
- Sharing knowledge: Collaborating with your teammates to share best practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
- Standing shoulder-to-shoulder: Working with your teammates and members to overcome challenges and achieve success.

What We Offer
* Flexible scheduling: Work a flexible schedule, Monday through Saturday, with 40 hours per week.
- Standard office equipment: Use computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets to perform your duties.
- Manual dexterity: Use your hands and fingers to perform tasks, such as lifting files and flexing paperclips.
