As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, processing EDI orders, and handling customer inquiries with ease.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Primary Point of Contact: You'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and company, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • EDI Data Entry: You'll be responsible for processing EDI data entry, including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
  • Order Processing: You'll process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
  • Customer Communication: You'll handle inbound and outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
  • Problem Ticket Processing: You'll process incoming problem tickets from Distributors and Direct Customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of experience

in order processing, EDI, and customer service.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail

, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work independently

, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

Experience working with EDI orders

Knowledge of order processing systems
