Key Responsibilities:

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding Guest Service to Guests with disabilities, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience is exceptional
  • Registering Guests for the Disability Access Service, utilizing your knowledge of our services and products to provide personalized support
  • Supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My arenaflex Experience application
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless Guest interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Knowledge and interest in arenaflex property, products, and services
  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve their accessibility needs

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with Guests with disabilities or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's accessibility services and products
  • Familiarity with our Guest Service Suite and other relevant systems
  • Experience in a contact center environment, with a focus on Guest Service and conflict resolution
