Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Quality Control Standards Analysis, you'll play a critical role in driving our quality control division forward. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, verifying, and analyzing data from various sources

• Help create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions
• Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding
• Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
• May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, computer science)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a related field, such as data analysis, quality control, or operations research

• Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
