Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling incoming requests, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders

  • Follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to arenaflex specifications
  • Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist with additional team/organizational projects as required
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed to support business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form

  • Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
  • Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
  • Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting rate: $17.23 - $27.74 per hour, plus bonus eligibility
