The Role

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary objective will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates multitasking and problem-solving skills

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
