The Opportunity

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be working from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to meet specific system requirements to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound customer calls in English and Spanish, resolving issues and providing solutions to customer inquiries

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume
  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
  • Report to an assigned supervisor

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate ($15.60/hour)

  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.60/hour (after 24 months)
