Role Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for working with large, messy, disparate datasets to extract insights that inform business decisions. You will develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders, engage with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges, and leverage scripting languages to automate reporting and analytics tasks. Your expertise will be essential in helping us navigate the complexities of transportation operations and finance, and in providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to extract insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders
• Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting and analytics tasks
• Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues
• Mentor junior team members as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)

• Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
