Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing account strategies that drive customer success and growth. You'll be responsible for building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, scheduling and attending virtual meetings, monitoring and mitigating account-level risks, and presenting benefits programs to families. Key Responsibilities

* Develop customer success metrics and execute account strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction

  • Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, including virtual meetings and phone calls
  • Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to discuss customer needs and preferences
  • Monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals
  • Present benefits programs to families, enroll new clients, and open new accounts
  • Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues

Essential Qualifications

* Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Must be a US or Canadian citizen
  • Proven ability to work as a productive team member and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Self-motivated team player with proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Proficient with computers and Zoom (or similar video conferencing platforms)
  • Ability to form and grow solid relationships with customer accounts and drive long-term loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales, account management, or customer service

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing account strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate account-level risks
  • Experience with benefits programs, sales, and account management a plus
