Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dedicated ministry client support role. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our ministry client's customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns

  • Process orders, handle product returns, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
