Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone and ticket support to our clients' customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone and ticket support to our clients' customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with ticketing systems and software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
