Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Work From Home Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests via phone. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with their queries and concerns related to our cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests via phone

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers with their queries and concerns related to our cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of cruise line operations and customer service standards
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
