Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries and issues, and providing education on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

* 1 year of recent call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • 6 months of previous remote work experience, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency required; complete Bilingual Spanish Test and Basic computer assessment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
