Introduction

As a Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service through web chat. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring incoming web chat communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor incoming web chat communications with customers, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience through web chat
  • Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills
  • Implement and maintain chatbot technology to optimize customer interactions
  • Analyze chat metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in web chat management
