Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Define, own, and refine item achievement measurements to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

• Work with Product Management, UX, and Designing teams to develop an exhaustive metric structure that connects to business objectives
• Report, track, and excuse key measurements and make recommendations to improve them
• Identify critical item functionalities and evaluate their business impact
• Collaborate with Designing teams to recognize and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities
• Work with Product, Designing, and cross-functional teams to influence, focus on, and support product strategy
• Apply technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key metrics and performance indicators

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and data visualization
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to various levels of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib
