Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data-driven initiatives and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data assets. You'll work closely with our data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain complex data sets, create insightful reports, and identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Execute existing data entry and analytical tasks (30%): + Enter and update data in our database management system with high accuracy and attention to detail + Perform data quality checks and ensure data consistency across multiple systems + Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality

  • Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%):

+ Develop and maintain complex data sets using SQL, data visualization tools, and other data analysis software + Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate data findings to stakeholders + Identify trends and patterns in data and provide recommendations for business improvement

  • Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail (20%):

+ Review and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness + Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors + Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve data quality and accuracy

  • Foster additional technical skills and topic expertise within the core functional team (20%):

+ Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge + Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data-related tools and processes + Share knowledge and expertise with team members to improve data quality and accuracy

  • Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%):

+ Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate data findings and recommendations + Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data-related reports and dashboards + Identify opportunities for business improvement and provide recommendations for data-driven decision-making

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

This position reports to a Supervisor.

Travel Requirements

This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

Physical Demands

Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any adverse conditions would be rare and not hazardous.

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar database management systems

  • 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, reviewing, and estimating
  • Previous direct experience in investigating the relevant topic (e.g., Inventory network, Marketing, Activities, etc.)
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field
